Pets must be under 80 lbs and cannot be of an aggressive breed.

Only two pets are allowed per apartment.

There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, a $200 pet deposit, and a $10 monthly pet rent.

In addition to rent, a monthly $5 fee for trash and a $5 fee for pest control will be charged.

Income must be at least thee times the montly rent. 

2 months of paystubs, 3 months of Bank Statements, Tax Return form, or Job Offer Letter.

All lease holders must pass a credit and background check. 

No, the security deposit is not fully refundable, as deductions may be made for any damages or cleaning requiered at move-out.

No, a job transfer does not allow you to break the lease; lease termination is only permitted under the conditions outlined in Section 7.3

Yes, after the first year you can switch to a month-to-month lease with a $200 monthly upcharge for not being under a fixed-term contract.
